WHEN IS THE LAST DATE TO REGISTER?

Last Date to Register: 15th May, 2024

HOW MANY HAVE REGISTERED TILL DATE?

9 participants have registered as of 30th March, 2024

WHERE DO I FLY IN?

You will have to fly in to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

WHERE DO I FLY OUT?

You can fly back from Leh. Ladakh.

You get flights back to Delhi from leh and then you can fly back home.

HOW MUCH IS THE PARTICIPATION FEE?

Participation fee starts from 4800 USD for solo riders.

WHAT ALL INCLUDED IN PARTICIPATION FEE?

Participation Fee includes:

Accommodation & Food throughout the event
For Motorcycle: Riding gears, Motorcycle with fuel
For 4 wheel Drive: Vehicle with fuel
Airport pickup and drop.
Luggage vehicle.

WHAT ARE THE BIKES PROVIDED ?

We provide Royal Enfield Motorcycles.

WHAT ARE THE FOUR WHEELERS PROVIDED ?

Mahindra SUV or Equivalent

WHAT ABOUT FUEL ?

We shall take care of fuel.

DO YOU PROVIDE RIDING GEARS ?

Yes, We will provide jackets and knee guards. Helmets have to be taken care of by the participants.

IS ACCOMODATION PROVIDED?

All stays will be at 3 star + Category hotels and at some places it’s will be tents with clean rooms and washrooms

WHAT ABOUT RIDER'S LUGGAGE?

There will be a back support vehicle to carry the luggage.

WHAT KIND OF STAY?

All stays will be at 3 star + Category hotels.

WHAT TYPE OF ROAD AND HOW WILL BE THE VEHICLE TRAFFIC ?

The entire ride will be on tarmac roads and Traffic will be moderate

HOW MANY T-SHIRTS WILL BE PROVIDED?

Two T-Shirts will be provided to each participant. Two Riding T shirts will be provided for Motorcycle riders.

FIRST AID KIT?

Yes it will be there.

WHAT ABOUT MEDICAL AID?

There will be a Medical Aid through-out the journey to meet the healthcare needs.

MECHANICS AVAILABILITY?

There will be mechanics specialized in the repair and service of Royal Enfield motorbikes.

PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes, photographs and videos of the ride will be captured.

WHAT ARE THE FOOD CUISINES AVAILABLE ACROSS?

Variety of delicacies with specialties of respective regions will be served.

HOW MANY FLAGS SHOULD BE BROUGHT BY THE PARTICIPANTS FOR EXCHANGE?

Please bring a minimum of 10 club flags

WHAT ABOUT PIT STOPS?

There are Pit stops every 50-75 kilometers.

WHAT ABOUT VISA ?

VISA is mandatory, there is no VISA on arrival to India from many countries, so please take care before you plan the journey.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Rotarians from around the world
Non-Rotarians accompanying a Rotarian
Non-Rotarians with a permitted letter from a Rotary Club
