Payment Schedule
On Registration Cost 500 USD.
1st Instalment : on or before 31st Oct. Cost 1,500 USD.
2nd Instalment : on or before 30th Nov. Cost 1,450 USD.
Early bird offer of Cost 150 USD waived off for registration before 31st Aug.
Cancellation Policy
- Nil charges up to 5th Nov.
- 30% of the total cost from 6th Nov to 30th Nov.
- 50% of the total cost from 1st Dec to 15th Dec.
- 100% of the total cost from 16th Dec onward
Inclusions
- Motorcycle RE Himalayan 450 or Similar with fuel.
- Accommodation for 12 nights from 13th Jan to 25th Jan 2027.
- All meals during the ride.
- All entrance tickets as per itinerary.
- Spares for the motorcycle.
- Back up vehicle, Lead and Sweep Rider, Mechanic.

- Travel Insurance and medical Insurance.

13th Jan, Day 1 Ahmedabad.
On arrival you wi l be picked up from airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day free. 14th Jan, Day 2 Ahmedabad.
Today after breakfast visit the must see sightseeing spots in Ahmedabad. Bhadra fort a beautiful monument that is famous for its intricate carvings, pattern works and beautiful frescos suits. Sarkhej Roza Jama Mosque there are different entrances to the mosque.
Near the eastern entrance, stands the tomb of the Sultan Ahmed Shah.
Ahmedabad is popular for the Kite Festival so it doesn’t come as a surprise if you find an entire museum dedicated to kites. The popular Kite Museum that houses some of the rarest kites in the world is a first of its kind in India and second in the world.
Gandhi Ashram Also visit Sabarmati Ashram – on his return from South Africa, Gandhi’s first Ashram in India was established in the Kochrab area of Ahmedabad on 25 May 1915. The Ashram was then shifted on 17 June 1917 to a piece of open land on the banks of the river Sabarmati
Jan 15th Day 3 Depart to Statue of Unity.
Statue Of Unity. Today we ride to Statue of Unity, check in at hotel near Statue of Unity. Later visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Selfie Point and Valey of Flowers. Evening Laser Show – A Light and Sound show using laser technology projected on the Statue of Unity takes place every evening except Monday. The colourful laser lighting system is accompanied by an excelent narration of the history and life of Sardar Patel, his contribution to the Independence Movement and the unification of India as one nation.
Jan 16th Day 4 Bhavnagar
Today we depart to Bhavnagar enroute to Diu. check in to hotel. Evening leisure.
Jan 17 Day 5 Bhavnagar to Diu
On arrival into Diu we wi l check into hotel. Evening visit the famous Beach of Diu.
Jan 18 Day 6 Diu
After a refreshing breakfast at the hotel, embark on a day of exploration in the charming island town of Diu. Naida Caves Begin your day with a visit to the mesmerizing Diu Caves, a network of ancient caves nestled amidst the lush greenery of Fudam Vi lage.Diu Fort Explore the historic Diu Fort, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and a glimpse into the island’s colonial past.
St. Paul’s Church Visit the tranquil St. Paul’s Church, known for its Portuguese architecture and serene ambiance, offering a moment of quiet contemplation.
Jan 19th Day 7 Gir National Forest
After breakfast, drive to Sasan Gir and visit Gir National Park, the only place in the world where Asiatic lions can be seen in the wild. The park is also rich in wildlife. including deer, leopards, and a variety of birds.
Jan 20th Day 8 Gir to Dwaraka.
Today we proceed to the ancient city of Dwaraka.Dwaraka is mentioned in the Mahabharata and considered the city of Lord Krishna with a history of over 4000 years. Archaeologists have found remains of ancient civilization in the sea around Dwaraka.
Jan 21st Day 9 Dwaraka to Rajkot
The History of Rajkot is also closely linked to Mahatma Gandhi, who spent his early years in Rajkot, shaping his values and education.
Jan 22nd Day 10 Rajkot to Dholvira.
Dholavira’s is one of the five largest Harappan sites and the most prominent archaeological site in India belonging to the Indus Valley Civilization. It is located on Khadir Bet island in the Kutch Desert Wildlife Sanctuary in the Great Rann of Kutch.
Jan 23rd Day 11 Dholvira
Today is a rest day as we soak in the culture of Gujarat. We attend the Rann of Kutch Festival.
Jan 24th Day 12 Dholvira to Ahmedabad
After an early breakfast we head to Ahmedabad and ride on the road to heaven through the white desert of Kutch. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening enjoying fe lowship with fe low IFMRians.
Jan 25th Day 13 Depart
Today we depart with fond memories.
